Introduction

Crysta needed to bring clients, projects, tasks, invoices, and scheduling into one product without recreating the clutter it was meant to replace. The landing page also had to communicate that value quickly, build trust, and convert visitors into users.

Challenge

Crysta needed to bring clients, projects, tasks, invoices, and scheduling into one product without recreating the clutter it was meant to replace. The landing page also had to communicate that value quickly, build trust, and convert visitors into users.

Strategy

I designed the dashboard around one rule: surface only what's necessary. It shows active projects, tasks, clients, invoices, and events, with a minimal set of relevant KPIs. Integrated modals let users create tasks, projects, clients, invoices, and events without leaving the interface. The landing page carries the same clarity, with a focused value proposition built to convert.

Outcome

A single, streamlined system that replaces a patchwork of tools with one clean workspace & a marketing site that presents it clearly to the people it's built for.
